I’ve been with them for 5 years now, and I still enjoy going. I take the 1 on 1 personal training sessions with Brandon, and it's very different from the other gym group classes I go to. He really keeps me motivated and there is definitely progress. I needed someone to look out for me and push me to do more and I notice it’s very beneficial with him. Compared to other places, the price feels really good. Depending on the experience level of the trainer, their starting price is a bit higher or lower, which is also fair.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a decade for botox, filler, ultherapy, and facials, and doctor Sylvia is just wonderful. She is extremely popular amongst the expat community, her entire staff is respectful, kind, and professional. There are probably some places that do it cheaper, but for the quality, the price feels completely reasonable and everything is great value. I’ve already recommended her dozens of times, the whole experience with them is amazing.

I went in to inquire about PT, but because I’ve got injuries, Balli said physio would be the best approach first and to fix the injuries before going into PT. I’ve only done a few sessions, but I really like that I could book it in and follow up with my injury instead of letting it go for too long. I like his approach of not just treating and treating and treating, he works with me in the clinic, on the floor building up my muscles and structure, and also gives me exercises I can do at home. Physio in general is extremely expensive, but he is cheaper than somebody else down the road, so it feels fair.

Moving in Singapore is less about distance and more about buildings. Most condos require you to book the service lift and notify management in advance, some restrict move-in days and hours entirely, and HDB blocks have their own loading arrangements. Sort that before you book the truck, because a mover turning up to a lift that was never reserved is the most common way a moving day falls apart. Locallista lists movers, packers, storage and relocation specialists in Singapore, screened before listing and ranked only on phone-verified reviews. For a bigger job, look for CaseTrust accreditation, which sets standards on deposits and contract terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to tell my building before moving in?
Almost always. Condo managements usually want advance notice, a booked service lift and sometimes a deposit against damage, and a few limit moves to certain days or hours. Ask your agent or the management office as soon as you have a date, before you commit to a mover.
How do I choose a mover I can trust?
Read recent reviews for the same kind of move you are making, and get the quote in writing with what is included: packing materials, disassembly, insurance and any charge for stairs or long carries. CaseTrust accreditation is a useful extra signal on deposits and contract terms.
What do I do with furniture I am not taking?
Bulky item removal is arranged through your town council for HDB blocks, or through building management in a condo, and there is usually a limited number of free collections. Some movers will handle disposal as part of the job if you tell them in advance, which is easier than arranging both.
Can the same company ship my things overseas?
Many can, but international moving is a different job with customs paperwork, restricted items and a much longer timeline. If you are shipping out of Singapore, choose someone who does it regularly rather than a local mover adding it on, and start the conversation well before your lease ends.
How far ahead should I book?
A few weeks is comfortable for a local move, more if you are moving at the end of a month or a quarter, when leases turn over and everyone is booking at once. Lift bookings in popular condos go quickly for the same reason.
