I’ve been with them for 5 years now, and I still enjoy going. I take the 1 on 1 personal training sessions with Brandon, and it's very different from the other gym group classes I go to. He really keeps me motivated and there is definitely progress. I needed someone to look out for me and push me to do more and I notice it’s very beneficial with him. Compared to other places, the price feels really good. Depending on the experience level of the trainer, their starting price is a bit higher or lower, which is also fair.

I found Paula when my family needed support after a divorce, with five adult kids in different states and a blended family situation because I was getting married. She was very easy to contact, very responsive, and I felt comfortable with her right away. We set up five family coaching sessions, and she was so helpful, giving us tools to work within ourselves and helping us understand some family dynamics. It was not easy, but all of us were happy with our sessions with her and the outcome.

It’s been a good service. Rahim takes care of my computers, and whenever something happens, they come and take care of it. I had one yesterday, and everything was to expectation.
