I’ve been on 4 destinations with them; Georgia, Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. I like to travel in a super jam-packed way and told them I wanted to make the most of it, and they delivered, with days packed with activities, usually even two a day, while still reasonable energy-wise. It was basically "book your flights and show up at the airport", and everything else was settled, with regular check-ins, very quick replies, and quick to solve any issues. Food was great, accommodations were great, planning was great, and the price felt fair to me.

I’ve used Miles and Memories a few times and I find them fantastic. A very recent one was a New Zealand trip in December - I only started planning in October and needed help to book at very short notice, and they really helped to get really good places and made a good itinerary with very detailed planning by day and by time. Communication was very prompt and everything was clear, and we had a really nice time. Price tends to be higher because we go for convenience and short notice, but I already recommend them and would use them again.
