I went to Chiropractic Studio for neck problems from intensive triathlon training, and after 3-4 months of weekly treatment I’m now without neck pain. Shaan and the team explain what’s happening during each session, and their front desk is super quick on WhatsApp for rescheduling and updates. I found them through Google Maps and liked it so much I bought a package and keep going weekly. Not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it.

I went for a package of four 1-1 sound healing sessions with Gillian, and it was my first time doing this. She made me feel very welcomed, her voice is quite calming, and she spent time explaining what sound healing is and what outcomes I could achieve. I have chronic shoulder pain, and she planned the sessions around my objectives instead of using an off the shelf kind of session, and she also gave me homework to do at home. After the sessions, I could feel a significant improvement in my shoulder pain, and I felt it was fair value for the service I got.
