I hired Jona and her team to plan my baby’s 100th day birthday, and it was a very good experience overall, so I engaged them again for the first year and second year birthdays too. They are a capable bunch, they know exactly what the client wants, and if not, they provide very meaningful recommendations. I had some pretty complicated themes, and they pulled it off with very minimal guidance, with creative proposals that really took a lot of the heavy planning workload off me. They were also transparent with pricing, and while they can feel a bit pricier, I felt what you see is what you get.

I engaged with Hello Joi for both my sons' first birthday parties, for the backdrop setup, the cake stand, and additional vendors like face painting artists and bouncy castles. It was really nice, they had quite a number of things, so I had a lot of options to choose from, and they were quite responsive and helped choose a lot of ideas for the backdrop and things like that. All in all, it was quite positive working with them, just all positive, there was nothing negative per se. The price was a little bit on the higher side, but if I have another baby, I will definitely use them again.

I hired Jona for my wedding proposal and it turned into a few months of planning where she and the team were really very helpful. She helped me liaise with the venue, sort through multiple plans to fit my budget, and kept me updated so I didn’t have to do as much while I was busy with work. There were some hiccups because of my schedule and I even thought I might have to cancel, but they were very understanding and made it happen. In the end the proposal was perfect for me; photographer, videographer, and a layout that was stunning, way more than I could ask for, and the price was well within my budget.
