I needed Philippine documents translated into Spanish for the memoria citizenship process. Patricia handled a dozen or more supporting documents for my eldest son's appointment at the San Francisco Spanish embassy, and she sent the translations back in just a couple of days. We did everything by chat messaging - there were time differences so sometimes replies came later, but I had no issues and she was very accommodating. Price was very at par and she even gave me a discount on the larger batch; I tried other translators and it was difficult dealing with them, so I stuck with Patricia and had no disappointments whatsoever.

I found them on Google, liked the examples and recommendations, and from the start Sarah and then Annabel were really friendly and really knowledgeable, taking time to understand what we wanted, asking questions that wouldn’t have occurred to us, and looking at where the sun was and which parts were shady. They helped with the enabling works - knocking a garage down, getting surveys - and then the full design with Annabel on Teams and Zoom was fine, with WhatsApp and email making the distance not matter at all. They handled procurement and tendering, liaised with the landscapers, gave advice about trees, and their recommendation of Rightscapes was brilliant, so we didn’t have to do a lot of liaison. The garden is now built with a summer house and areas we can use all year round, it looks wonderful even in January and has made a massive difference to our lives and well-being - we couldn’t be happier, and the price felt fair.

I contacted Ana Belen because I had never seen a Spanish rental contract before and just needed someone to look it over. I did not need the full relocation service, but she worked with me, went over the contract, and gave me pointers on what to ask for. She told me it looked like a standard contract and flagged that I might want to ask who the owner of the apartment is because it did not show up on a public database search. I did not need a whole lot from her, but for the little thing I did need, she did a good job and the price felt very fair.
