English-Speaking Window cleaning in Madrid

I hired Sparkling Darling to clean my barbershop, and after the first cleaning I liked it and kept working with them since January, every Sunday. They are super serious, responsible, and very respectful, I gave them the key to the business and everything is always in perfect order as I left it and super clean. Only one day they arrived late and one time they changed the cleaning day, but they let me know in time and are very attentive with any change. I have had a very good experience with them, and I also thought it was a really nice detail that they left me a small welcome gift and card after the first cleaning.

I’ve used the service about eight times now, and it has always been excellent. He cleans all the windows, including the bathroom windows, both inside and outside, in our chalet. The glass stays spotless for a long time — up to three months without marks. He has also recommended other helpful services and is always flexible and adapts to my schedule, which is very important. He is attentive, reliable, and professional every time. Highly recommended!

My experience has been super positive. There were a few moments when they could not come on time, but they were always in touch with me and upfront about it, which I appreciated. Since then we have gone helper free and now they come formally two times a week, the cleaning is always pretty consistent, and they are very open to feedback and really tackle whatever I need prioritized that day.
