I hired Sami's company for one of my Airbnb clients in Madrid. They picked him up from the airport, took him for a day trip to Segovia, and then dropped him back at the airport. Everything went very well, they came on time, communication through WhatsApp was better than other taxi companies we used, and the client was happy. The price felt fair, basically the same as the fixed taxi rate in Madrid, and overall everything was good.
