I had a difficult time at my job during my pregnancy, and then decided to start with Elena. We had sessions and discussed a lot, and we tried to find together the best path for me not to be stressed anymore, before my baby and during my maternity leave. It was very useful for me to have Elena, sometimes you need someone from the outside to have an opinion, and she knows how to listen to people and to ask very good questions. I had a generally good experience with New Destination Coaching. Galina is very serious and professional, she accommodated my need for sessions that are a bit longer and we exchanged emails in a quite effective way. I find her very reliable and really taking care of her clients, sometimes her agenda does not allowed a timely answer but she is very responsive and organized. Sometimes the approach feels very structured and I keep in mind that coaching is not therapy or strict career advice. Overall I’m happy and the price felt fair compared to the market.
