I started doing Pilates with Tina after chemotherapy, because I needed help regaining a lot of strength I had lost. What I really enjoyed was that everything was so personalized, she took my treatment and my physical level into consideration, and when I started I could not even do three reps of anything. Now I am doing far more, and it feels very tailored to my specific needs and goals, not like being in a class with 50 other people doing the same thing. I had a really great experience with Tina. She has a small studio with about four reformer machines, so it felt quaint, more intimate, and like you get special attention in class. It was super good for jumpstarting me getting back into shape, and I thought she was very professional. I did a six week mat Pilates program with Tina, and it was really interesting because she helped me not only get healthier and build up my Pilates skills, but also change habits in my personal life that were holding me back, like my coffee intake affecting my sleep.
