I go to Yskamer every week for the 55-minute sauna and cold dipping session, and I really enjoy it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and it feels quite homey and personable, not like a strict kind of sauna place. It is convenient, very easy to deal with, and I always end up having a nice conversation when I am there. The price feels like good value for money, and when my subscription runs out I am definitely going to get another bundle.

Dimitra has been my yoga teacher for years. She used to teach at a studio around the corner and now she teaches at several addresses in Amsterdam, and I visit her at a few of them. I can only praise her, the way she teaches and the attention, she is the best teacher I’ve ever had. Communication is great, always friendly and on time, and the price feels super fair.

I really like this place and I found it really interesting. It has a homey vibe, it is really intimate, and I like that there are two different baths, one colder than the other. They are really open minded and really kind, and it is super nice that you can drink electrolytes after and have a coffee. I think the only thing is it could be designed a bit differently to feel smoother and more intimate between the rooms, but overall I want the best for them and I would recommend it.
