I get manicures here and the sessions go well, she is very patient and will go through with you what your problems are with your nails and try to overcome any situation that arises. My nails are very short and she managed to do a gel extension for me, which many shops could not do, and the nails look really good, just not always nicely shaped. She is very nice, could work on her skills still a little bit, but it's good enough and the price is very reasonable. The place is incorporated with a cafe, which is nice after the nail appointment, and now that she has a curtain up after I recommended her to do this, it's hygienic too.

I go to NS Nails Studio for semi-permanent polish on my hands and feet, and it really lasts 3 weeks, even with me swimming and doing a lot of sports, and they handle my very brittle nails perfectly. The new spot in Tanjong Pagar is really, really nice, and way nicer than when they were in Bali Lane, and even though it’s farther for me I still go because they’re that good. They all speak Russian so communication can take a bit of patience, but they understand what you want, they can do little designs that are a bit out of the comfort zone, and if you have to wait they offer tea or coffee with a little chocolate. Price felt a bit high at first but for what they do it’s fair and worth the money.

I’ve been with Serene and the esBoudoir team for more than 12 years for manicures and pedicures, and before that I also did waxing. I followed them through their moves and I actually prefer the new Chinatown spot in the little creative hub, it’s central and easy to get to. They respond very quickly, are always on time, professional and kind, and they were ahead of time letting us know about moves and what to do with packages; they also reward loyalty, which I appreciate. The nails turn out as expected every time and the price feels fair, within range, not cheaper than others but not more expensive either.
