I did breathwork sessions with Lottie - kind of counseling through the breath - once a week for a year before doing her training, and it was completely life transforming for me. She’s very intuitive, well trained, and knows how to hold space, and I’m not easy to hold space for. I went back for a trade session last week as part of the training and it was again consistently great. Price felt fair and I honestly can’t say anything negative.

I’ve seen Anthony a couple of times for various issues with my back and neck, and he is just really wonderful. He listens hard, asks lots of questions to really understand, then literally resolves my issues every single time - I usually only need one session, and he even offers a quick free 10-minute check after. He gives me exercises so I get stronger and don’t have the problem again, and the relief has lasted. He’s very responsive, easy to book online, always on time, professional, and the price felt fair.

I did 3 one-on-one sessions a few years ago when I was going through a hard time with my son, and more recently a group art therapy session with my book club. We did different art therapy exercises like drawing things out, reworking them in the next sessions, a lot of writing, plus some talking and a lot of me with myself reflecting. She sets a really calm, non-judging atmosphere where everyone feels safe and has space to express themselves, and if you want her to say something she does, otherwise she lets you discover it by yourself. The sessions were revealing and I came to interesting conclusions, I feel better now, and I would totally recommend her - price felt fair, I just can’t afford constant sessions right now.
