We started with hypnosis, she took the time to explain the method and guide me through it, and the place where she practices is very cozy. EMDR is different than hypnosis, it started in the 60s and 70s and uses movement of the eye to solve deeper trauma from a painful past event, it was very effective for me and worth the price, and I felt a lot of relief.

She’s a chiropractor who fixes the body based on the spine and also helps unlock the emotional part, which together has been really helpful for my health condition. Her space is super welcoming, feels like a second home, she’s kind and always explains what she’s doing, keeps learning new methods, and I can book online with her assistant often finding me a last-minute slot, though sometimes there’s a slight delay. Price feels fair for the results."
