Pauline

Barcelona, Jun 2025

I did a hypnosis session and EMDR therapy over multiple sessions, and I loved it. I contacted the therapist, she was reactive and got me an appointment a week after I reached out, and she showed flexibility with my schedule. We started with hypnosis, she took the time to explain the method and guide me through it, and the place where she practices is very cozy. EMDR is different than hypnosis, it started in the 60s and 70s and uses movement of the eye to solve deeper trauma from a painful past event, it was very effective for me and worth the price, and I felt a lot of relief.

I’ve seen Anthony a couple of times for various issues with my back and neck, and he is just really wonderful. He listens hard, asks lots of questions to really understand, then literally resolves my issues every single time - I usually only need one session, and he even offers a quick free 10-minute check after. He gives me exercises so I get stronger and don’t have the problem again, and the relief has lasted. He’s very responsive, easy to book online, always on time, professional, and the price felt fair.

FERNANDO

Barcelona, Jun 2026

Marc has always fulfilled on time, came very quickly to the places, and responded with seriousness on delivery and price. He did maintenance on some properties for me, an integral reform, and also installations of electricity and water, and when I need someone I keep him in my agenda. He is not the cheapest, but he is serious, keeps his price and at the end of the work there are no surprises - the job ends as he said it was going to be. Communication with Marc is very good, he responds right away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Relocation is one of the most expat-focused services here, and many companies handle the whole move in English, from shipping to visas, your NIE and settling in. We list ones reviewed by people who've used them.
Do I actually need a relocation agent?
It depends how much you want to handle yourself. Some people happily go it alone, others find an agent worth it for the visas, paperwork and house hunt. The reviews are honest about where agents add real value and where they don't.
How do I find a trustworthy mover?
Look for clear quotes and reviews mentioning moves like yours, local or international. For shipping, get a few quotes, since prices vary a lot by volume and distance.

Many do, bundling immigration, NIE and housing support into one service. Just check exactly what's included before you sign, as packages differ a lot.
Should I sort the move before I arrive?
Often, yes. Many relocation and immigration steps are easier to start before you land, and most agents work with clients remotely.
