I arranged a two-year car lease for my business in Barcelona with Karina and it was a very good experience, very smooth. She took care of everything super fast and found a solution super quick, and her communication is above and beyond - she gets the point, understands my needs, and if I ask her to call me between a time window she does. I’m satisfied with the price I got and with her service and the products she offers; she’s on top of it and it felt like American customer service, which was a relief after being frustrated with a lot of things here in Spain. Too bad she only does cars, because I’d happily put all my services in her hands, and I would happily recommend her.
