After several disappointing experiences, I was relieved to finally work with someone professional from start to finish. They fixed a leak in our AC system and refilled the gas, with clear communication, transparent quoting and invoicing. I wanted to modernize a very old air conditioning system and change the thermostat, but that was not something Ignacio Sasha was able to do for me. What he ended up doing was cleaning the system upstairs and the vents in the bath, just to get a bit more air out of it, and he cleaned it well. He was a very nice guy, he came a few days in a row, and he was always on time.

Karl came out to check my AC that was short cycling (on and off every two or three minutes). He ran a diagnostic inside and out, explained what he was finding and not finding, spoke great English, and said to monitor it since it might have been an electrical glitch; it’s been running fine since. Price felt fair for the visit, though I was kind of hoping it would have included the fix if there had been one. I’d reach out to him again if any AC issue pops up.
