It went very well with Ignacio Sasha, he came yesterday to install a ceiling fan. It was a bit long to organize the meeting, but not necessarily his fault, and he kept me informed all the time on WhatsApp, even sharing his location because parking in my neighborhood was difficult. He is a very serious guy, very good, he speaks English very well, so it was easy to talk to him. The service was great, he put everything back in place, cleaned everything, and the price felt fair.

Ignacio was great, he was quick to respond and we arranged a time when somebody could open the door for him. A ceiling light in my flat had fallen off the ceiling and was just dangling down, and he fixed that for me. I got home and it was fixed, he did what I asked him to do, he was in and out very quickly, and it was all clean. Price felt fine and it was all good.

We had a problem with the air conditioning that caused power to go out in half the apartment and because of the way it was installed it was impossible to unplug it. Ignacio Sasha arrived that same day even though it was late afternoon and he was already outside of Barcelona, my request was to at least turn off the air conditioning so I could use the apartment and he was able to fix it. He even went to a shop to get parts even though it was well past normal business hours and did a very thorough and professional job at a very fair price. Amazing service, very nice personality, I highly recommend him.
