I highly recommend it to any pregnant woman! I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I did the reflexology foot massage. The massage was fantastic, Sara immediately puts you at easy and the whole environment is super-relaxing, she also had a pregnancy cushion prepared and the whole setup was sooo comfy. Absolutely loved it, will definitely be back, thank you again Sara :)

I went to this spa in Barcelona for a massage a friend gifted me, liked it a lot, and kept booking since last November. The space feels like it’s just for me - quiet, relaxed, and I come out feeling great every time. I connected with one of the girls and really like how she works her hands, so I go every two or three weeks and it’s 5 minutes from home. Price is a bit expensive, but for me it’s worth it and I’d invite anyone to try it.

He asks lots of questions about my lifestyle and stress, looks at the whole picture, and with acupuncture, massage, herbs, and helping me relax, he has even helped with things like pressure in my head and my spine going back into alignment. I always feel calm after a session, he is very thorough and confidential, and I have already recommended him to other people.
