My experience with her has always been very calm and completely stress-free. She has a real power for relaxation - every single therapy session helps me let go and often makes me fall asleep because I feel so at ease. She’s very gentle, respectful, and attentive in every treatment, whether it’s sacrocranial therapy, massage, or reflexology for the feed. I’ve been seeing her for about three years now, twice a month, and each session leaves me deeply relaxed and rebalanced. It’s a truly healing experience every time - I couldn’t recommend her more.

I went to this spa in Barcelona for a massage a friend gifted me, liked it a lot, and kept booking since last November. The space feels like it’s just for me - quiet, relaxed, and I come out feeling great every time. I connected with one of the girls and really like how she works her hands, so I go every two or three weeks and it’s 5 minutes from home. Price is a bit expensive, but for me it’s worth it and I’d invite anyone to try it.

I’ve been seeing Natalia for a couple of years now for a monthly massage with a mix of reflexology and some aromatherapy. She takes the time to get to know what’s wrong and the kind of issues I’m experiencing, and she does what she can to try and fix them. There’s always a little bit extra every time I go that I’m not expecting, which is nice. The only issue is sometimes appointments aren’t available when I want them, which I guess is a positive sign because she’s fully booked.

Yes. Doctors and dentists must be registered, as colegiado with the relevant Colegio in Spain. Reputable private clinics will confirm their professionals' registration.

Avoid paying the full amount up front (a deposit can be fair), anyone who will not give a clear quote, and unusually cheap prices that get padded with extras later. And never use someone who cannot show the right certification.
How do I explain what I need if my Spanish is limited?
A photo, a short video or a written list does most of the talking, and the professionals we list are used to international clients. Booking an English-speaking one takes the stress out of it entirely.
