Monica is really, really great. She worked on an unusual property, kind of a farmhouse type thing, and gave me some very good pointers. She was very pleasant and accommodating, and even though the property was two hours away from Barcelona, she took the time to come several times and worked within my budget restrictions. I have two apartments in Barcelona, and Pam and the team have fixed a lot of things for me, so I am very, very pleased. In one apartment that was destroyed, they did a new floor, painted, and also fixed electricity and air con, and in the new apartment they fixed everything too.
