I hired Nicolas for physical therapy two weeks ago in January. I am satisfied with his work - communication is good, he is professional, and he comes on time. He said we come 8-9 sessions, and the treatment feels good so far. The only thing is the price feels quite expensive for me for a long term plan, but overall I am happy and will continue.

I’ve been training here for about a year and a half, doing both one-on-one and group sessions, and the program is super personal. I came in with bad knee problems where even walking was hard, and now I’m doing box step-ups and running up stairs, so I couldn’t be happier. The facility keeps getting updated, Teodora really cares, and they also loop in a nutritionist and a physical therapist for extra guidance and education. Pricing feels fair - a bit more than average because it’s so personalized, but totally worth it, and it’s the only fitness thing I’ve actually stuck with this long.

I did Pilates on the mat with Julia a couple of times while I was training for an Ironman, and it was great. She really got me working on the smaller core and structural muscles, not just the big gross movements, and I felt challenged on strength, balance and stability rather than cardio. The space is clean with nice lighting, and communication is rapid and on the spot; she speaks fluent English and she’s German. Price felt within range for expats, maybe a bit expensive for a local, but overall really, really good and I’ve already recommended her.
