I’ve seen Anthony a couple of times for various issues with my back and neck, and he is just really wonderful. He listens hard, asks lots of questions to really understand, then literally resolves my issues every single time - I usually only need one session, and he even offers a quick free 10-minute check after. He gives me exercises so I get stronger and don’t have the problem again, and the relief has lasted. He’s very responsive, easy to book online, always on time, professional, and the price felt fair.

I followed a 21-day detox diet with her online and it was phenomenal, even though I have some food incompatibilities, because she guided me on how to do it. The first three days she called or wrote me daily, then weekly follow-up, and when my body reacted and I felt cold from eating everything cold she told me not to worry and gave me simple things to do. After finishing she gave me clear guidelines and habits to keep it up, plus a bunch of recipes I still use, and I repeated the detox the following year. She’s still there if I have doubts or see her tips on Instagram, and for the level of monitoring and the long-term habits I got, the price felt fair and not expensive.

Everything was great and very fast from the first appointment to the first visit. I had a removal yesterday and I’m still in the healing process with a little bit of pain, but they explained the procedure, gave me the medicines and an after-surgery checklist, and everything felt well done. I went on a Sunday and there were a lot of people and emergencies, so I waited around 35-40 minutes, and I also needed a 3D scan because my nerves were close to the teeth, with a follow up likely. The clinic is really clean and organized, the staff are really good, and the price felt normal for this kind of service.

What should I check before hiring nutritionists in Barcelona?
Read recent reviews, be clear about exactly what you need, and agree the scope and an estimate in writing before any work starts. For anything regulated, check they hold the right credentials for the job.

A photo, a short video or a written list does most of the talking, and the professionals we list are used to international clients. Booking an English-speaking one takes the stress out of it entirely.

Dos and Don’ts as an expat

Smart choices: dos and don’ts when hiring a nutritionist for your health journey

Do’s
Do Seek Personalized Approaches
Choose a nutritionist who offers a tailored plan that considers your lifestyle, dietary preferences, and personal goals. Personalized attention fosters a supportive environment crucial for making lasting changes.
Do Look for Effective Communication
Select a nutritionist who prioritizes open and effective communication. This includes timely responses to inquiries, clear explanations of plans, and the ability to connect through your preferred method, whether in-person or online.
Do Check Their Credentials and Expertise
Ensure the nutritionist has relevant qualifications and expertise in areas that matter to you, such as dietary restrictions or specific health concerns. Ask about their knowledge on topics like intuitive eating and nutrition science to gauge their suitability.
Do Read Reviews for Client Experiences
Examine client feedback to understand how previous clients benefited from the nutritionist's services. Look for consistent mentions of support, empathy, and successful outcomes, as this indicates a reliable service provider.
Dont’s
Don't Skip Researching Credentials and Expertise
Before hiring a nutritionist, ensure you verify their qualifications and experience in specific areas of concern. A nutritionist's background can greatly influence the quality of personalized plans and support you receive, especially if you have unique dietary needs or health conditions.
Don't Settle for Generic Plans
Avoid nutritionists who offer one-size-fits-all meal plans without considering your specific lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. Customization is crucial as it can significantly affect your results and overall satisfaction with the service.
Don't Ignore Communication Style
Choose a nutritionist who adapts to your preferred style of communication. If you expect prompt responses and regular follow-ups, ensure they maintain open lines of communication, whether it's through emails, phone calls, or in-person sessions.
Don't Neglect Reviews and Recommendations
Seek feedback from previous clients before making a decision. Positive testimonials about a nutritionist's approach, results, and professionalism can provide valuable insights into what you can expect and help you avoid potential disappointments.
Don't Overlook Accessibility and Convenience
Check for ongoing support options and the convenience of scheduling appointments. A nutritionist who accommodates your schedule and provides flexible communication methods, like online consultations, can enhance your overall experience and adhere to your dietary goals more effectively.
