Andrey was good. We started hearing weird sounds coming from the washing machine, and he disconnected everything, took a look, and told us exactly what the problem was with the inside mechanism. He advised that it could be fixed, but that it might be better to consider buying a new one because it could end up a bit expensive. He showed great professionalism, and he also answered a separate question we had about plumbing, which was really helpful.

I hired Santiago for a plumbing job in my apartment because I only had one spot for the washing machine and I needed another spot for the dishwasher. It went well, he did it very well, he did it cleanly, and it’s working fine, at least for now. He was very communicative and kept the time range he gave me. It was a fair price, but still a bit expensive, overall it was to my expectations.
