Everything went great with Wissam from Barcelock. He arrived even before time, replied instantly, speaks English, and fixed my door problem in less than an hour. The price felt fair, though it went up when I asked for an invoice, but still okay. We forgot the keys, and around 2 a.m. the only way to solve the problem was to call Wissam. He came very fast, told us our door was a high security door, and opened it in about 15 minutes in a very professional way. Communication was very fluid, he wasn’t noisy and was respectful with the neighbors, and I gave him 100 euros because he deserved it.
