She was always on time and super professional, reliable and trustworthy. The price felt fair to me - not the cheapest, but fair for the service.

Every time I wrote on WhatsApp she responded very quickly and was available for calls, and her English is perfect, which helped a lot since my Portuguese is limited. Prices felt fair for what I chose.

Monica decorated my kids room, our living room, and part of my bedroom, and it went amazing. She was super accessible and super nice, with excellent taste, and her inputs were always very helpful and considerate of what we enjoy and like; her English is perfect and she even connected with my kids. If something was late or didn’t arrive when it should, I texted her and she immediately replied and worked on it, and she kept appointments, always on time and very considerate if I was late. The quality was very good and the price felt very accessible, so overall it was a great experience and very professional.
