I had a session of her alternative feng shui and she was just amazing - so prepared and thorough. It was meant to be an hour but she went a bit over, recorded the Zoom, and then followed up with these incredible, super specific notes that made it easy to go back and make changes in my home and do small rituals. Her English is flawless and she is so professional. Price felt fair and overall it was such a positive experience that I’m happy to recommend her.

Stella

I was recovering from a very serious back surgery and couldn’t be there for the move from one floor to another, and Gina took care of everything. She organized the whole relocation, hired the right movers for fragile pieces like paintings, handled cleaning, and even fixed my living room curtains by finding someone to shorten them and put new guides. Communication was constant and very kind, they speak languages, they asked me how I preferred things and told me when something was wrong so we could throw it away or keep it; price felt fair and while they were not very fast, they fulfilled the time. Only tiny things like my underwear in another drawer or forks on the left instead of the right, but overall it was very good, very close, with real human quality and respect.

I was looking for an organizer in Barcelona, I liked Grit’s profile and her way of communicating, and I went with her. She came to my house and helped me organize all my paperwork, and she did a fantastic job. I love working with her, she’s amazing in every way, and she brings more to the job than just organizing because she has a very soothing presence and these types of things can be quite stressful. The price felt very fair to me, and overall I think she’s great.

Do Look for Excellent Communication Skills
Choose an organizer who communicates effectively and is responsive throughout the process. Active communication can enhance the experience and ensure that your preferences and concerns are addressed promptly.
Do Consider Their Availability for Follow-Up Support
Opt for a home organizer who offers follow-up assistance or advice after the project is completed. This ongoing support can be invaluable in maintaining organization over time and addressing any challenges that arise.
Do Seek Recommendations and Read Reviews
Investigate reviews and seek recommendations before hiring an organizer. Positive feedback from previous clients, especially regarding the organizer’s skills and professionalism, can guide you to make a more informed choice.
Dont’s
Don't Hire Without Verifying Communication Methods
Ensure that the organizer you choose can effectively communicate through your preferred methods, whether in-person, video calls, or messaging apps. Poor communication can hinder the process and affect the overall organization strategy.

Avoid organizers who offer one-size-fits-all solutions without considering your unique needs and lifestyle. Personalized approaches are essential for effective organization, so ensure your service provider is willing to tailor their methods to your specific situation.
Don't Ignore the Importance of Comfort in Your Space
Be cautious of organizers who do not prioritize creating a comfortable environment during the process. It's crucial to feel at ease when allowing someone to enter your personal space, as this can significantly impact the effectiveness of the organizing process.
Don't Forget to Check Availability for Follow-Up Support
Before hiring an organizer, clarify their availability for follow-up support after the initial organizing session. Ongoing advice can help maintain order and address any new challenges that arise, making it a critical factor in your decision-making.
