I ordered different things at different times, started with furniture for my children and then some things for the house, and Monica handled it very smoothly. She is very proactive, kept me informed of when things are arriving, follows up with the factories and the stores, and she kept her word with realistic timelines and deadlines. Every time I wrote on WhatsApp she responded very quickly and was available for calls, and her English is perfect, which helped a lot since my Portuguese is limited. Prices felt fair for what I chose.

I worked with Monica on a renovation of a flat in Barcelona, and our experience was fantastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure every little thing, our vision for what we wanted, was done and completed, and we even picked furniture together and did everything. We were communicating long distance through Teams and email and flying in on weekends, and she handled it really well, including budget alternatives and construction communication. I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about her, we were very happy.

I hired Marisol almost a year ago when I moved to Barcelona and was renovating the apartment I was renting. I wanted a design for the interior and she really saw my vision, was very effective, and was passionate about understanding what I needed, even though I didn’t speak the language. She did a very good job and was on time with replies. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but overall it was a really good experience.
