I ordered different things at different times, started with furniture for my children and then some things for the house, and Monica handled it very smoothly. She is very proactive, kept me informed of when things are arriving, follows up with the factories and the stores, and she kept her word with realistic timelines and deadlines. Every time I wrote on WhatsApp she responded very quickly and was available for calls, and her English is perfect, which helped a lot since my Portuguese is limited. Prices felt fair for what I chose.

Monica is really, really great. She worked on an unusual property, kind of a farmhouse type thing, and gave me some very good pointers. She was very pleasant and accommodating, and even though the property was two hours away from Barcelona, she took the time to come several times and worked within my budget restrictions. I would definitely recommend her, and I am actually trying to get her to work on my new house too.

I hired Marisol almost a year ago when I moved to Barcelona and was renovating the apartment I was renting. I wanted a design for the interior and she really saw my vision, was very effective, and was passionate about understanding what I needed, even though I didn’t speak the language. She did a very good job and was on time with replies. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but overall it was a really good experience.
