Xavi did maintenance on my air conditioning system and I’m definitely very satisfied. He was on time, communication was super easy, and he explained what he was doing so I can do it myself in the future - very helpful. He had everything he needed, the visit was quick, and the price felt very good. I’d happily call him again in Barcelona.

I had Xavi from Servicio Tecnico come by to check everything, clean it, and make sure it was working properly. It took about a week to coordinate because I work from home and have meetings, but once we set it up he was early, messaged me ahead of time, and was in and out in less than an hour. He checked everything out, cleaned everything, and told me these old ones are like classic cars - they run forever, which was really helpful. Price felt fair for one of those things you just don’t want to do yourself.

The technician was very professional and easy to work with and we used a Spanish-English translation app to communicate, which was fine. He checked the temperature and cleaned both split units and said they were working well even after 20 years, noting older ones are very strong and there’s no need to replace them now with new units that might be a bit more efficient but break down more often. He let me take a picture of his cooling coil spray and said I can buy it on Amazon and spray every 6 months, and he pointed out the dishwasher, clothes washer and fridge in my kitchen that he can also repair. I will definitely contact him next time I need any repairs, though he had a minor delay because parking near my apartment was difficult.
