Kseniia’s team did an in-depth clean of my new three-bedroom apartment before I moved in, and they were very, very thorough. They also cleaned my one-bedroom apartment really thoroughly, moved the furniture, made sure there was no cat fur or smell left anywhere, and did a great job on the kitchen and the fridge as well. They worked really hard, were absolutely lovely people, and from everything I saw, they did everything I expected.

I worked with Isabel to file my Portuguese tax return for personal accounting, since I have a property with rental income. She was very professional, very helpful, and very good at keeping me informed. It was not the cheapest out there, but it felt like good value. Overall I had a really good experience with her.

I booked Karina for window cleaning and post construction cleaning in a very large apartment with sensitive surfaces, and I even offered a viewing because it was clear this was a big job. They were accommodating with the date and came on a Sunday, but they arrived with too few people, the windows were finished and everything else remained unfinished, there was construction dust everywhere, and one window detail was broken. I paid because they promised to come again that same week to finish the work, but later they declined and said construction had happened in the mean time, which I believe was simply not true. It felt like an excuse not to come anymore, and overall, from my perspective, it was not professional. In my experience, they did not do anything to address or fix the broken window detail.
