Kseniia’s team did an in-depth clean of my new three-bedroom apartment before I moved in, and they were very, very thorough. They also cleaned my one-bedroom apartment really thoroughly, moved the furniture, made sure there was no cat fur or smell left anywhere, and did a great job on the kitchen and the fridge as well. They worked really hard, were absolutely lovely people, and from everything I saw, they did everything I expected.

Isabel was excellent and very easy to communicate with. She responded quickly to our questions and explained the Portuguese tax system very carefully, because we do not know it very well. She prepared our taxes and also helped us understand why the final number from the Portuguese IRS was a little different from her estimate, and how we should go forward and pay it. It worked very well for us to have a local person who knew the system and communicated very well, and the price felt fair compared to another service we used before that was much more expensive.

Having tried to do it myself I wasn't sure how they would manage. The 7th floor balcony was hard to do but they did it, the windows and glass on the balcony looked great. I'm very happy with the result.
