I’ve used this babysitting service 6-7 times in the past month and my experience has been only good. They are flexible, clear about expectations, and the sitters are experienced and trustworthy, easily following our routine like bath and bedtime, and they kept me posted on WhatsApp with pictures through the evening. One time the sitter couldn’t find our temporary address and we didn’t have each other’s numbers, so it would help to share contact details beforehand, but otherwise they arrived on time and listened to my preference to book the same person when possible. The price feels a bit expensive for here, but I’m willing to pay it for good care for my child.

My two boys attended the Beehappy surf camp on the beach twice over the summer, and we have also used Carlota and her team for babysitting at home and for entertaining the kids at one of our parties. We have always had a really good experience. The kids have absolutely loved it and love all the staff that she has. It feels like good value and I would definitely recommend them.

I used Margarida for regular occasional evening babysitting from 2019, and I was always happy with the babysitters she provided. Communication was really good, she was flexible, and I felt comfortable hiring through her. My kids are older now so I do not need babysitting anymore, but she did a great job.
