She has excellent English, was a delight to work with, and got our first apartment set up so it was move-in ready, helped us hire a housekeeper and dog walkers, and was always there to navigate government bureaucracy. She later managed a very complicated move to a new house with new furniture arriving at the same time as everything from the apartment, and now she even helps as a personal assistant - like finding a restorer for a painting that arrived damaged. We trust her, our landlord trusts her, the price felt fair, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
