I had three jobs done, installing a fan in our living room, changing an intercom, and changing a light on the balcony. For the fan, we did not have the cables where we wanted to install it, so they had to draw cables and so on. It was not David himself but one of his employees, and it was super, super well done, spotless. It was a bit more expensive than other crews, but the service was really good.

I hired Tomas to fix a leaking rooftop terrace. We couldn’t find the source, so we’re re-flooring and waterproofing the whole upstairs deck, enclosing part of it, and adding a retractable pergola. The project is still underway, but communication has been great, an engineer comes by to oversee, and the crew is here every day, responsive and really nice, so I feel like we’re in good hands, though I don’t want to jinx it. It’s a big job and a bit expensive, but so far so good.

I had plastering, painting and rendering done in Lisbon. I would definitely work with Matt again and recommend him to friends, he is reliable, professional, polite and works to a high quality. Communication was clear and reassuring, and the price felt very fair and good value.
