I contacted them for a house cleaning, they replied on WhatsApp really fast and were really clear about what they offer and what’s included. They scheduled a deep cleaning super fast, came on time with everything, spent the whole day, went really thorough and even did basic organizing while cleaning - my bathroom was beautifully organized, everything tidy and in a nice place, and I was like, I need to keep it like that. There was a tiny thing they missed, I told them, and they were immediately proactive and nice about it, apologized and offered a discount for next time. Price felt on the high end so I can’t have them as often as I’d like, but overall I had a great experience.

I hired Serene for laundry in April, mainly sheets and blankets, like the bigger stuff. Communication was great, and the service was great - everything came back clean and neat. The price was agreed on beforehand, but I was surprised at how much it came to, a bit pricey for what I had. Overall, a great experience and I’d use it again.
