English-Speaking Laundry services in Lisbon

I hired a deep cleaning for my small room and small bathroom after being away, and they brought all the tools and supplements, two people, and it took like three to four hours. It was super clean, spotless afterwards, especially in the bathroom where the plumbing was horrible, so I thought it was perfect and they were very responsive and very nice. They arrived on time and scheduling was easy, though for such a tiny place I don’t know if it needed to be four hours. The price was a little bit more than expected but still fine for the quality, and I’m hiring them again for another deep cleaning.

I hired Serene for laundry in April, mainly sheets and blankets, like the bigger stuff. Communication was great, and the service was great - everything came back clean and neat. The price was agreed on beforehand, but I was surprised at how much it came to, a bit pricey for what I had. Overall, a great experience and I’d use it again.

I booked Karina for window cleaning and post construction cleaning in a very large apartment with sensitive surfaces, and I even offered a viewing because it was clear this was a big job. They were accommodating with the date and came on a Sunday, but they arrived with too few people, the windows were finished and everything else remained unfinished, there was construction dust everywhere, and one window detail was broken. I paid because they promised to come again that same week to finish the work, but later they declined and said construction had happened in the mean time, which I believe was simply not true. It felt like an excuse not to come anymore, and overall, from my perspective, it was not professional. In my experience, they did not do anything to address or fix the broken window detail.
