Having tried to do it myself I wasn't sure how they would manage. The 7th floor balcony was hard to do but they did it, the windows and glass on the balcony looked great. I'm very happy with the result.

I hired Thiago Luiz and his team for a moving out cleaning of my apartment. Two people came and did the cleaning in about four to five hours, and the communication was pretty good. There wasn’t a complaint later, but I think there was a bit of room for improvement with regards to the quality of the cleaning. For the price, the value was not so much given for me, but overall it was okay.

I used this service for an exterminator issue and I was not overly impressed. They came to inspect the house, but nothing happened, and it did not feel like a very professional exterminator situation. One guy came, looked at the mattress for about 5 minutes, and I was charged what felt like a bit expensive for a call out when I expected more. I used another service after that because I did not feel confident with their findings, and from my perspective, I would not recommend them as an exterminator.
