I had a problem with pigeons outside my apartment and they sent someone round quickly who was really helpful, explained everything, and used a spray the birds don’t like. They also supplied some pigeon deterrent equipment - like spikes - and gave me good advice on how to keep them away and to keep spraying after they go. Communication was easy, they speak very good English, and they responded immediately and got the job done very quickly. One of the guys even came back to check everything was okay, and the price felt reasonable to me.
