I hired HeavyClima a few months ago to install air conditioning, and they were pretty great and quick to respond. They came to do an inspection, sent me a quotation that was within the budget, and a couple of weeks later they installed the air con and things are going good. Communication was good over WhatsApp, so it was easy to reach them, and later when I had a malfunction, they sent the engineer team pretty quickly.

We made an appointment for a review, he came the next day, and then it took maybe 3 weeks to get an appointment to repair the air conditioner. The work was fine and the maintenance was explained, but I think he was late by an hour or two and it took a while to get the appointment, besides that it was good.

Fabio fixed my air conditioning after we first discussed the details, I sent a video of the problem, and then someone came out to do a proper inspection so it was clear what work needed to be done.
