I started with bouquets for the house and then asked for a special flower crown for a birthday, and she customized everything upon request, whether dry flowers or fresh flowers. She was very welcoming, very creative, and gave a very professional result - the flowers are fresh, lovely, and she gives a lot of options to choose from. It has been an ongoing process because I ordered over and over again, and when my friends and colleagues saw her flowers, they ordered too.

I know Stefano for many years, and when I bought my apartment in Milano I asked him to oversee the renovation. He came to my apartment, made a plan and a map of it, and suggested two different projects for a new style. I followed his instructions and realized one of the projects with the workers, and I was happy with the result. The price felt fair, and overall I was very happy with his work.

I booked Karina for window cleaning and post construction cleaning in a very large apartment with sensitive surfaces, and I even offered a viewing because it was clear this was a big job. They were accommodating with the date and came on a Sunday, but they arrived with too few people, the windows were finished and everything else remained unfinished, there was construction dust everywhere, and one window detail was broken. I paid because they promised to come again that same week to finish the work, but later they declined and said construction had happened in the mean time, which I believe was simply not true. It felt like an excuse not to come anymore, and overall, from my perspective, it was not professional. In my experience, they did not do anything to address or fix the broken window detail.
