When I first visited Ericeira Pilates, I was impressed by how bright and clean the studio was. The instructor made sure my sessions were tailored to my personal abilities, and the equipment was modern and well-maintained. I enjoyed the perfect class size, which created a personal yet interactive experience, and appreciated how the sessions were organized so I could progress at my own pace.

Over the years, I've developed a deep appreciation for the personalized Gyrotonic lessons I have twice a week, tailored just for me. Bernardo’s empathetic nature shines through as he listens and gently works through any problems, making each session a holistic and mentally uplifting experience. His dedication and honesty create a safe space, and I am grateful for how he's helped me rebuild after numerous challenges.

It was my first ever experience doing a reformer class and I found it enjoyable, challenging but in a good way. I really enjoyed the teachers - the instructors were very caring. The environment was incredibly clean, immaculate actually, with a very welcoming, light and airy feel. I’ve only been once so far but I would like to do it again.
