My youngest son goes to Neural Connections for MNRI treatment, and it has really helped us. Hsiao helped me see the root causes behind his school refusal, with his nervous system and reflexes, instead of just seeing it as misbehavior. I notice that when we stop during school holidays, the school refusal starts again, and when we start the treatments again, it subsides. It has made things a lot more harmonious in our family, and I also like that they do workshops and empower parents to support the kids at home.

Our experience has been very good with the team. We started therapy first for my younger daughter, who is very wary of new people and new faces, but she opened up pretty fast and things started rolling, and we are seeing results, even if for her it is a little bit slower. Because of that, we also started with my older son, and it has made improvements in his sleep and in his ability to manage his anxieties at times. I do wish it was a bit cheaper since we come very regularly, and booking can be a pain, but we have been happy with it so far and I would definitely recommend it.

My daughter has CP because of a stroke when she was two months old, and we just joined Hsiao two weeks ago for reflex therapy. I feel there is improvement for her, and when they do the therapy, they communicate well. The only part I feel is a bit hard is the scheduling, they are a small team, so it is hard to reach them and hard to get a reply, and sometimes the schedule is already gone. Overall I had a good experience.
