I went to Omry because I had a pinched nerve, and he spent about an hour trying to diagnose what the cause was. I have had this problem for probably 30 years, so it is quite hard for anybody to figure out, but he did pick up that there was a slight difference in the way my shoulder blades are moving. He gave me some good exercises, and his explaining of the training was superb. I still have some pins and needles in my arm, but it is a lot less than it was, and he was very professional and took time to really understand what my problems were.

I have been seeing Omry since January for physio, because I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and often get stiffness and muscle soreness. He explained the muscles, tissue fibers, and everything from the physio point of view very clearly, and he told me what to do and what not to do. He is good at giving sports massages and static workouts, which is specifically needed for my condition, and after doing the workouts he taught me, it is really helping me cope with my daily activities.

I had physiotherapy sessions with Omry in Amsterdam, and it went pretty well. We had a first intake session where he did several tests and asked me several questions, then he sent me exercises to do with him and at home. I do feel it helped, and especially doing the exercises regularly on my own has been quite useful. He was always very cordial, although it seemed to me that he had a lot of clients and sometimes I had to remind him of my problems.
