I’m sitting in this co-working space right now. It’s in the bottom level of a large house with a guest house on top, super modern and clean, cleaned twice a day, with a garden and a pool outside, an outside area to sit and eat, green plants and bean bags, and custom made natural wood tables. There are two showers, a kitchen with a fridge, two meeting rooms, and a yoga studio in the same building that you can book separate, plus there’s usually someone at reception and I can use a card to let myself in and out at any hour; people are really kind and if you need to borrow a towel or grab a snack they usually have something. The space is not huge, maybe around 20 people, so a bit more meeting space would help, but overall it feels great and the price is very fair.

I joined because it was the more economical option. I work remotely and usually pop in a couple days a week, sometimes three, and I really like the three different locations with different vibes - Avenida is very quiet and my favorite for busy days, Chiado is more sociable with good food and chatting, and Caparica is literally on the beach and super chilled. Wi-Fi is great, seating has lots of variety so I can use a real desk or a sofa, coffee and tea are included with the occasional snack, food is extra, desks are first come first serve, meeting rooms are bookable, and there are regular events like talks or yoga with a schedule at the desk. It’s clean and friendly, and I stick with a monthly membership so I can move between locations, though friends sometimes just use Croissant.

I’ve been working at Luna House for over two years, and it feels cozy - like a home far from home with a friendly community. I always have good internet, fresh coffee, and a quiet space to work, plus they put quiet zone notes on the tables and there are two meeting rooms, a tiny phone booth and a full-scale room, and if those are booked I can go to the huge terrace or the common area by the small kitchen to make a call. The co-working is in the basement with reception on the ground floor and hotel rooms upstairs, and overall it’s a safe spot that helps me stay productive; only during severe thunderstorms the internet got interrupted. Pricing feels in line or even a bit cheaper than other options here, and they have nice packages with discounts if you subscribe for a few months.
