Riaz

Lisbon, Portugal on Apr 2026

Pedro conducted a thorough technical assessment of our new home in Lisbon, covering everything from water systems to electrical installations and the property's overall condition. He was punctual and well-prepared, with a strong attention to detail. The clarity and depth of his report were impressive, delivered promptly and easy to understand, yet technically rigorous. Pedro also highlighted potential future concerns, adding significant value to the service. Overall, I found his work reliable, efficient, and highly competent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for a comprehensive property assessment.

I hired Pedro for a home inspection when I bought a villa. He inspected everything and was very, very thorough, and he got there early. I like him very much and have hired him more than once because he helped me a lot. It’s not cheap, but if you want it good, you must pay, and I’d use him again.

I hired Pedro a few times for structural engineering review or assessment on properties we wanted to purchase. He checked a few apartments in a big four condominiums house and also a house, and then provided a very full report with pictures, very well documented with all the information about problems, issues, and conditions. The reports helped us decide if we should move ahead and what to expect in terms of renovations and reconstruction. On one house he measured the level of humidity in some sections, which showed more serious problems and was super helpful.
