Pedro basically saved me from a flat that looked amazing but had damp in the walls - there’s no way I would have found that without him. I just found a new flat and he looked around there, very thorough and patient, takes a long time doing the survey, is open to any questions, and explains structural things to people that really don’t understand them. After the visit he sent a big 4-6 page report detailing everything he saw, any causes for concern, and the good things, breaking it down so I completely understood it. He has great English, I felt comfortable moving forward because I understood the place, and while he’s not free he seemed cheaper than other people.

Pedro carried out a survey on a property I was looking to purchase, and he was very thorough and very communicative. He answered everything I asked, was flexible, and even communicated with the owners of the apartment above the property, he was very polite and friendly to them as well. He gave me a full report two or three days after, it was really detailed, and he also answered my follow up questions. I booked him within a few days, the price felt fair, and I would use him again and recommend him to friends.
