I worked with Alexa for my son when he was turning four. At the time, we were living in Germany and he was attending school there, but things had gotten really hard—he got a kick out of the school, and they didn’t want him anymore. Alexa provided occupational therapy and also guided us as parents to better understand his very high ADHD, dyspraxia, and behavior challenges. She met with us often—about three times a week for around a year—taught us activities we could do at home, and even came with me to the playground to show me how to support him around other kids so he could feel safe and more regulated. She helped us truly understand how he sees the world and what actually helps him with self-control. One of the most heartbreaking parts for me was having to leave her behind when we moved back to the States. Now that we’re back, we’ve been reaching out for new therapies, and we haven’t found anyone like Alexa. She’s been, by far, the best professional who has worked with my son so far. The price felt fair for what we got—it is what it costs. And if I could pay more, I would pay more, because there’s no price for the value of that kind of help for your child. She literally changed our life, and she was truly life-changing for my husband and me.
