To be honest, it is really nice to work with Luis because he is always on top of everything and very attentive. He guided my clients through the whole property process in Spain from viewings and inspections to after the purchase, and he kept helping when anything came up. He replies fast with real answers, not generic, actually investigates, shows up on time to meetings, and knows the local market very well. Price felt fair compared to others, and he communicates smoothly in English and Spanish.

I used Luis's real estate service around October to look for an apartment in Barcelona. The communication was good - they created a WhatsApp group and there was no issue, but I was not getting too many options and the suggestions took their time. I stopped using the service and also stopped looking because the places offered were not as my expectations. I didn't pay anything since it was commission based and I didn't buy.
