I hired Tomas to fix a leaking rooftop terrace. We couldn’t find the source, so we’re re-flooring and waterproofing the whole upstairs deck, enclosing part of it, and adding a retractable pergola. The project is still underway, but communication has been great, an engineer comes by to oversee, and the crew is here every day, responsive and really nice, so I feel like we’re in good hands, though I don’t want to jinx it. It’s a big job and a bit expensive, but so far so good.

Tomas and his team delivered excellent workmanship, staying within the timeline, even completing the kitchen ahead of schedule. Despite an unrelated plumbing issue, they were quick to assist, and their professionalism has us ready to recommend them to friends and return for future needs if necessary.

Communication was a breeze; they were always helpful and attentive to my needs. The quality of construction is impressive, with top-notch materials used throughout, from the toilet and sink to the flooring. Despite the excellent service quality, there was a bit of a snag with timing as they finished a week later than planned. Nevertheless, throughout the process, Tomas and his team remained kind and respectful. I would recommend their services but suggest factoring in some extra time for completion just in case.
