English-Speaking Psychologists in Lisbon

I worked with Yulia as a psychologist, we had about 5 or 6 online video sessions, and it was a very good experience. She gave good support, and for me it was important that it was deep support, not only facilitation and empathy. She has good knowledge in deep psychological processes and can work deeply with soul processes. It was very great, and if I wanted long time psychotherapy, I would choose Yulia, and the price was good for me.

I’ve had maybe four sessions with Maria, the psychologist, all online, and I spoke to her last week. She’s great, very flexible with scheduling, and she definitely personalizes the sessions to me. I haven’t noticed progress yet, but I think that’s the process, and I’m going to talk to her next week. The price feels fair and I would recommend her.

JP was super helpful, I kind of saw him as a life coach, but honestly it was so much more than that, kind of like therapy really. He is such a lovely, positive person and he really helped me with motivation when I had so many options and no idea what to do, he was really good at getting me to just do something. Using his techniques has been a huge help, and I’ve definitely noticed my anxiety got a lot better and even making friends got easier. He also encouraged me to join some courses I was always on the fence about, and I really appreciated that he checked in on me regularly.
