Anabela helped me a lot when I was trying to understand my rights and what documents I needed to have my baby in Holland, especially because I live and work in Portugal and do not have Dutch health insurance. She was always available, and whenever I sent a message or email, I got feedback a day or two later. She is very approachable and nice, and I never felt bad for not understanding these things. I would definitely recommend her, and my family has also used her for other matters like fines and a condominium issue.

I had a process with them after an accident at the end of October in Porto, and they helped by contacting the other person’s insurance company. The process took about 10 months and is now being finalized, and I’m really satisfied because the compensation is good. Communication was very good, mostly through WhatsApp, and I would get an answer within 24 hours. Everything was always done with respect and professionalism.
