Setting up an appointment was easy; they responded quickly online and even have an app where Dr. Louisa promptly uploaded all my notes after our meeting. Despite my mistake in submitting forms late, she went out of her way to prepare by coming in early for our morning session. The service is quite expensive as they don't accept insurance yet, however, the personalized care I received was worth it.
