Kassy has been doing lots of things for me, personal shopping, dealing with utilities and administrative stuff like changing the name on bills, getting my SNS registered, and handling other official documents I need. She also coordinates deliveries, orders from IKEA, and sets things up in the house. At this point she is basically managing the house and a lot of my personal life, and the communication has been really good. The price feels fair, and overall I have had a good experience.

I have been working with Filipa since late 2021, and she has helped us with all kinds of things we did not want to do ourselves or were not capable of doing ourselves, mostly with government offices, papers, and setting things up. The first thing she got for us was our utente numbers, and she got them almost overnight, which felt miraculous when other people were saying it could take months. Since then she has helped with residency permits, company setup, bank accounts, electricity, and other things involving government and big utilities. A lot has been done, and we trust her more and more, so we have kept working with her on a continuous basis.

Sofia helped us make the transition from living in the US to moving to Portugal, and she made things a lot easier for us.
