I hired Thiago Luiz for a deep cleaning of my apartment before my furniture arrived, and they did a really good conscientious job. Everything was really clean, they even cleaned things I did not even think about, like pulling out the filter above the stove and showing me how dirty it was before cleaning it. The apartment definitely looked spotless after they left, and Thiago Luiz was very respectful, pleasant, and a very nice guy. Communication could have been a little better when I needed to change the date, but overall it was great.

We found Paula after living in our home for four years and finally deciding that we needed professional help to organize our spaces. Paula has been a pleasure to work with and was patient with us throughout the process. All things are finding a place and the house feels more comfortable as such.

I booked Karina for window cleaning and post construction cleaning in a very large apartment with sensitive surfaces, and I even offered a viewing because it was clear this was a big job. They were accommodating with the date and came on a Sunday, but they arrived with too few people, the windows were finished and everything else remained unfinished, there was construction dust everywhere, and one window detail was broken. I paid because they promised to come again that same week to finish the work, but later they declined and said construction had happened in the mean time, which I believe was simply not true. It felt like an excuse not to come anymore, and overall, from my perspective, it was not professional. In my experience, they did not do anything to address or fix the broken window detail.
